Equipments Pvt Ltd
is an ISO 9001:2001 certified company, that provides
consistent quality product and enhancing customer
satisfaction.
At
Sukan we produce Centrifugal Castings in Copper based alloys using
Horizontal and Vertical Casting Machines imported from U.S.A. At present our monthly installed capacity is 300
MT of castings. We manufacture castings upto 850mm OD weighing
maximum weight upto 400 Kg. per piece and have plans to expand
our centrifugal activities to meet the increasing demand.
We
also are experts in manufacturing Fire Fighting Equipments
i.e. Hydrant valves (Landing
valves), Fire hose delivery coupling, Branch pipe with nozzle,
water monitors and dry riser equipments. Our products are
approved by TAC (Insurance companies), National Thermal Power
Corporation (NTPC) and EIL. We are also Licensee of Bureau of
Indian Standards (ISI Mark) since 1986.
We
started as a small family-owned business in 1974 under the
name of SUNIL TRADERS. For further business expansion SUKAN
was incorporated in 1985, headquartered at Vatva,
Ahmedabad
,
India

SUKAN

Our
factory has a Foundry, Machine shop, Assembly shop, testing
dept, and painting department. Almost all of our products are
produced completely under one roof.
Our
Foundry is equipped with Two 100 Kw Induction Furnaces, Shell
Moulding machine, and Shell Core Shooter with a maximum
capacity to cast single piece up to 180 Kg in Gunmetal and 45
Kg in Stainless Steel. We have testing facility for Chemical
Analysis of raw materials (Spectrometer for Cu and SS base) as
well a physical tensile testing machine.
Flow
test and hydro test are also conducted under the supervision
of a qualified engineer.
We
are doing direct export of products with BS Specifications
since 1978.
